just gotta question on painting...i'm getting replacement bumpers and i want to paint em myself (strapped for cash)...would that be cheaper? and would one of those wagner paint things be good to use?? thanks

dude, have some shop paint that for you! if you even try yourself, no matter how good you are, you're gonna FAWK somethin up and its gonna look like ****.... its one of those things that goes without question, unless you like driving around a janky lookin import with a messed up paint job...

come on....don't ya think everyone would paint their own bumpers if it would look halfway decent? You've got to get it done at a shop....it won't be too expensive if you just bring the bumpers there to have them painted and put them on yourself

make sure it is not a ghetto place though.. my friend once had an accident and the tow truck messed his car up towing it ot the dealership so to fix his rear bumper they sent him to corona queens, by shea stadium.. the place used to paint cars in the open, not even in a clean room. make sure you use a shop that has a clean room and that will paint and bake on the paint for your bumpers or else ywou will be needing to get them painted after rainstorms and carwashes and stuff if theya re done the wrong way.. just my 2 cents

Definitely have them done by the professionals, not something you want to do then mess up cause then it be even more expensive-if anything wait, well worth it my 2cents as well

dude pay the $$$ 2 get it painted so ur car isnt 5 different colors. it mite b expensive now but in the long run its cheaper
