Sure...you will just have to find a way to hold up the boot...maybe a piece of rubber (like a big grommet) that would fit tightly around the lever shaft and prevent the grey ring from sliding down.

Check this out for more info and pics:

Grey has a spectacular aura aboutGrey has a spectacular aura about
It won't hook up to the grey plastic if that's what you're asking. Only the stock shift **** and the ones from the RSX hook up to that grey plastic without any modification. You'll need to buy a washer that's rather thick and sturdy with an inside diameter smaller than the diameter of the "shift stick" and an outside diameter that's big enough to suppoprt that grey piece of plastic. You'll have to take off the center console, put the washer on and then put the center console back on. Then just screw on the shift **** and push down the grey piece of plastic till the shift **** is screwed in as far as you want.

**** fits great. It has different height pieces that come with it and has quality fit too, screws on OEM style. **** & Boot fit snug and tight if you but a rubber bushing under the grey plastic part on the shift boot. Just find a bushing that fits tight on the shifter shaft, take off the console and force it on.

Without the rubber bushing it looks the same. Just a slight gap when shifting in gears. The only problem is that there is an annoying click noise each time you shift gears. Thats the sound of the **** hitting the plastic part of the boot. Just go get yourself a rubber bushing too. Takes like 3 minutes to take console apart.
