Question about installing underbody neons

I have a 2K1 Silver coupe. Recently I put 17" rims on it and today I installed green neons (DIY) on the underbody. Some holes, that were already there, were used to hang them. Only two holes were available for the side neons. These holes support the front and middle of the neons. The side neons are hanging down towards the rear of the car. The front, of the side neons, is more or less hidden, but the back (of the side neons) hangs down a considerable amount. My question is Is there any way to get the back to be more hidden without having to resort to getting ground effects? If so please let me know.

I installed mine on my own with my stepdad. They look great and no problems. Except I hit a rabbit at 60 and shattered the front tube, but Street Glow replaced it for free. I can take pics if you like. I have Gold Series Neo-Blue.

Well to answer everyone's questions. I was tryin to adjust the neon today and while i was adjusting it, the inner tube shattered into a million pieces. So i took it off, and I simply took it to the place i bought it, i have a lifetime warranty from that dealer, and they gave me a brand new one. Then I had to take the side ones down, readjust them so they fit better, and now they look much better. The neon tube is still somewhat visible but not nearly as much.

Blingin01 ur an idiot, maybe if you didn't have ur neons screwed in at the front of the tube and pulled up in the back, thus BENDING THE TUBE, TUBES DONT BEND BRO!!!!! Anyways, get them mugs professionally done and let me see it so I can get mine to fit better. Yet, I don't wanna drill any new holes but I guess i might have to. Also, there is a link or something on here that says wether or not neons are legal in your state, I saw it and thats how I know they are legal in OH as long as they aren't any combination of blue and red and aren't flashing, stobes are illegal if ur driving. Was that any help?

Whoever has neons, if you can, post pics of your underbody so we can all see how they are wired, and do it during the day. MUCH PROPS!!!!!!!!

2k1SINCE00, your neons look awful. You cant see them when we cruise but if you could, you would think the same thing. Just take your car to horizon and get them done professionally too. It'll look a whole lot better and I can tell you we've wasted 70 bucks of our time to try to get these things to look right.

Like "California Law"

or "BFE Law"......
