One big mod question...

Okay im relatively new to modding cars and all. I just had a couple basic questions that i think everyone could answer in like 1 sentence or 2.

1) I want to lower the ride, what do i need to lower it? Springs? Coilovers? Struts? All of them?
2) I want to install some lights inside, is there a switch box i can buy that i can hook everything up to like a 10 switch box?
3) I also want to find some of that black\grey checkered carbon fiber full dashkit
4) Whats the prices on these things and where can i get them for a nice price

I know someone has probably asked these questions before, but after scouring the archives, i still haven't gotten a direct answer.
So post up if you got one for me. Thanks?

check Ebay for the dash kit. they always have some, aluminum or carbon fiber. You could also get the OEM one.

for the switch box, i don't know, but I'd check with partexpress.com and places like that that specialize in electronics. I've never seen anything like it, but i'm sure someone makes one.

Here ya go:

1) Springs will do ya; just be careful not to lower too much...1-2 inch drop is probably safe for most roads any further and you will bottom out/scrape.
2) Check your local Radio Shack--they have an amazing range of electrical products.
3)Dash kit available here
4)Estimated prices: Springs $200-300, coil-overs $$$, struts $$$$$ - these would need a very labor-intensive custom install. Try Speedpeople.com, Modacar.com, CivicSuperstore.com, StylinCompacts.com

Happy surfing

Hey, it's up to you but I would not pick either...if you can afford a few more bucks, consider Sprint, Eibach, Neuspeed, or H&R

as for the carbon fiber, i would suggest trying dgmotorsports.com they sell alot of carbon fiber fairly cheap.
