does anybody know what the valve lash on a ZC JDM engine is suposed to be? also, where do i check it? at the cam or the adjuster?

usually you check at the valve adjuster, theres a few diys floating around. you can only adjust a certain set of valves at a time depending on which position the crank is in. and adjustment values are on a sticker under the hood.

it is in a 91 civic that originaly came with a d series 1.5 liter, somebody b4 me bought an imported ZC engine from japan and dropped it in, i drove it and it is fast, the guy b4 me did 14 seconds in the 1/4 mile, in other words the sticker under the hood is for a diff engine, when the engine is idling it has more than the normal honda valve clatter so i want to tighten it up a bit,maybe eek another few hp at the same time
