p1300 Random Misfire
p0136 ???????
p0302 #2 cylinder misfire (source civic service manual)
p0301 #1 cylinder misfire (source civic service manual)
p1399 ????? Wait To Start Lamp Circuit?
Issues just came up this afternoon, and it wont fire. It started and right away i could feel it misfiring and shut it down immediately. I drove it around yesterday with no issues, no recent maintenance.
I rented a diagnostic tool and these are codes given.
no picture(yet) but one of the wires coming off the lower o2 sensor looks like it touched something hot at some point or shorted against another wire and melted through the insulation. how likely is it that this is the only culprit? What else would you start with? It wont run, so my options are limited to check what other conditions i have problems.

P0136 - Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P1399 - Manufactures control Ignition system OR Misfire (got that from a CR-V forum)
I'd say fix the wires or replace the sensor then reset the codes.

Causes
A code P0136 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Faulty O2 sensor leak in exhaust close to O2 sensor
Short to voltage on O2 signal circuit
Open in circuit resistance caused by corrosion in connector
Possible Solutions
Replace the second oxygen sensor on bank 1
Repair open or short in signal circuit
Clean corrosion from connector
