Oil Pan Removal 99 Si?
Oil Pan Removal 99 Si?
I was under the car the other day and was gonna change my pan gasket and noticed the bolts @ the rear of the engine are under a trans cover or something.... Do I have to losen the tranny from the motor to get to these bolts?
Re: Oil Pan Removal 99 Si?
I wish I saw this earlier. I would have been able to help. To remove your oil pan, you must:
Remove the exhaust manifold, remove the flywheel inspection plate, and then the 16 bolts/nuts holding the pan on. Make sure you drain out the oil first!
