Their website calls the part "Plasma Booster" even though the part for our cars with COP ignition is the "Plasma Direct".

Rep Power: 0 at least one person on this site has the ignition solutions coils. search through member's rides, then email whoever it is. i've heard that you get some good gains from them.

Rep Power: 0 I've got the coils. I had to send 1 back beacuse an led burnt out already I definitly miss having them on!! I am disappointed that the LED burnt out, i could have left it but I didn't want just 3 led's underneath. Hopefully it doesnt happen again. Anyways I think they were worth it. They helped me with my lower end torque and power which I needed. My car started smoother and the engine seemed to run better. I noticed it didn't hesitate like it sometimes did before. I even got better gas mileage!!! I still had my stock plugs but I plan on upgrading my plugs when I put the coils back in.

Rep Power: 0 so its worth almost 500 bucks... besides putting them in, do i have to mod other things to get better respones ? ex: wires, distributor cap, if we even have one on our cars?... in other words to get the full response from this product do i have to change anything else electrical.
this is all new to me im used to runnning four wires to a distributor cap this new stile is so expensive to modcompared to the old way

Rep Power: 396 Not worth it IMO. I read through the information on their website and I wasn't convinced. I'm going to wait for MSD to develop something for our cars.

Where did you get those coils from? I called a few tuner places around here
but not body deals with ignition solutions. And they don't seem to sell them to
the public directly.

We have no distrib caps, it is all electronic and controled by those coils. This is a kit to replace the stock coils with better ones. As for the denso box that the coil wires run to, there are no upgrades for it yet. Ignition solutions is working on that too.
