alright, so i added the boom there for dramatics for you saliva fans out there.. anyway:

driver side cv boot is torn, faint clicking is starting during left turn. i assume its time for a new axel/half shaft what ever is in there. I have never replaced one, but i consider myself to be handy and I just picked up the chilton manual this afternoon.

Is my diagnosis correct? I cant find DIY guides on youtube or in here (with pictures at least) . Is there anything out there that you know has pictures or a video so i can see it once before i start the job?
