Vacume Hose Issue

Hello I just did a B16A engine swap in my 2000 DX and it has a wierd idle issue.
On the intake manifold there are the two vacume hoses the bigger one and the smaller one. I dont know where to hook the smaller one to. Im guessing it has something to do with the idle. Any help would be awesome.

Re: Vacume Hose Issue

Is it just open or did you plug the hole somehow? An open vac leak is a sure cause of idle problems. If its plugged and just maybe not hooked to something, I don't have the slightest clue.

Re: Vacume Hose Issue

Thanks any way. I found a Vacuum Hose diagram. The opening is pluged but it goes to a peice under the MAP sensor Im gonna try that and then do the timeimg on the car. Should be good I had the same problem like 4 years ago when I helped do a swap in my buddies Civic DX. I'll let you know how it goes.
