racing a worked 99 si

i just beat my friends 99 si with cams pullys exhaut intake short shifter. no lie all i have done to my car is aem coldair suspention pullys exhaust and i re arranged some vacume hoses ( that helped alot ) i also beat a 95 integ with a gsr engin swap i am pretty stoked

That GSR must've needed an oil change in it's last 15,000 miles... but it can't be... it can't be our Civic doin' that to a GSR. If I race my friend's GSR with my Civic, my neck would be handed to me.

i have driven both the si and gsr many times (some friends own both) and the only way to beat those cars is with a bad driver. sorry its the truth, dont mean to dog on you or nothing but when the VTEC engages in the gsr you just start flying, and an 8k redline is too high for our cars to compete with. well.................I dont think a gsr can be beaten by a 2k1 civic what doesnt have a supercharger or turbo with nos or a 1/4 mile head start but it could be one of those freak acts of nature

Tru didnt notice, but he didnt specify what type of car he had. Even with an Si its not easy to pull a GSR, believe me Ive tried.
