auto shift problems laggy

auto shift problems laggy Got the head on pm3-8 starts good but its lagy when i chomp on the gas an auto that drive like a 5 speed? Any one know whats causing this?

first off what year is it second honda automatic transmissions are not very reliable they tend to chew up the clutch packs .just get a transmission flush and drive it till you have to replace it .

^^^ Only certain honda auto trannys chew up the clutch packs and usually its only when driven hard and or with a LOT of miles.
