Underglow and engine dress up
Im in the process of trying to get sponsored for car shows. Are neon underglow illegal in all States or just some??? I cant find the laws anywhere on the internet.>>>

illegal in all states to have on public roads. in some, you are allowed to have it installed, but not turned on. other states, illegal even having it installed (but nobody will see it if you install it well enough). just dont use it on the roads. i got pulled over the first night i installed mine.

in nc it varies cuz i've seen cops not say nething 2 plenty of ppl with em on...mostly all colors, i havent been pulled 4 my neons, but after a while i was like..hey why risk it so i just drive with em off, n believe me i have alot more then just underglow, but ya ya ride looks cleaner with it off, i've come to realise i actually don't use em all that much, but when i do...ya always get the "oohhh thats crazy" type of compliments =D

in ca, surprisingly, you are allowed to have "white" underglow and as much **** as the popo give you, its legal. we were having this discussion with a friend and his uncle (who is a police officer) and the uncle says it was ok, just as long as its white.

yea i don't use my led kit on the road much if i do i keep my finger on the kill switch its not illegal at car shows indoor in connecticut or if your parked off of public roads.
wow underglow discussion....i wish they ban underglow

Underglow doesnt scream rice when you got heat under the hood so....I cant really talk for you but my cars legit so im not even worried about people who run their mouth about what they see

If you add some coolant you wont be heating your engine too much lol... but neons arent the only ricey thing to do to a civ, everything is...so big deal...if u werent ricey you wouldnt be a part of the forum.
