hay guys got a 92 civic 1.5 burned a valve last week so i had the head rebulit started it up so much smoke came out the thing i dont understand is what happen it did not smoke before just drop a cylinder thats it leakdown tested it very little leakage on all compression 165 to 173 if ya got idea let me know.

Does it smoke more at startup? If so, it's valve seals.

no it dose not its all the time and gets worse as it goes so much i let it run for around 40 min it used a quart of oil i just dont get it i pulled the head pipe off while it was running and oil started blowing oil out on the ground. valve seals replaced them to just to be sure to just dont get it

Ok, sounds like you may have forgot to reinstall one of the sleaves between the head and block or the oil orifice. I can't think of a single other possibility.

Chec your HG just to be safe
