I have 93 Honda Civic EG8 4 doors which hard to start when the engine in cold(early morning start).I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for the engine warning light goes off and the fuel pump to prime.Already check the fuel pump main relay and switch with another main relay(my sister's Civic car) but still can't hear the fuel pump prime.After wait for more then 5 minutes,i try to check on the engine bay where i can hear the fuel pump prime(not sure where,maybe around injector rail).I had change new fuel pump(tank).Please help....
