I have a 2005 Civic, 1.7L engine, with 65k miles on it.

Unlike the '97 Civic I used to own, this one has no labels with specs under the hood (why they decided to no longer supply this info on labels is a mystery to me, but quite frustrating ).

Does anyone know where I can find the valve clearance specs (intake & exhaust) for my engine?

As a side note, I'd also like to know the °BTDC for timing. The only adjustment specs given in the Owner's Manual is the spark plug gap, nothing else. I emailed Haynes because I couldn't find an after-market manual for a 2005 Civic; they wrote back and said they won't have theirs out until Sept 2008.

1) I'd like a source (instead of having to post on the forum all the time and wait for an answer).

2) No offense, but I'd also like to verify the accuracy of the data (I have read those same values for other model years, how do you know that these are also good for a 2005 engine?).

I'll find the source for u in a sec. I have the same engine and thats the spec I used when i had to swap camshafts from the stage 2 cam back to stock.
