HELP 90 HB Civic not running right

HELP 90 HB Civic not running right Hi have a 90 HB Civic Dx and I know I need a new Radiator but when I let off the gas and then press it after the rad starts to heat up the car slows down and some times shuts off. Can any one give me some possibility's or pointers what I need. Thanks... Cody
