Question B16a2 Problems!!need Help

i have an 2000 civic si...it has AEM short ram,DC Sport 4-2-1,apexi n1 catback,an its tuned on hondata s300.....an my car was running good an now it is denating an now n 1st gear the vtec is SUPPOSED to cross over at 5k rpms an sometimes it doesnt kick on till 5800 rpms or it dont even kick on...an in the rest of the gears its not pulling as hard as it did before...if you have any idea please help....i talked to a few people an no one has any idea...thanks

who tuned your hondata... your best bet wouldnt be asking people on a forum, you should head back to whoever tuned your ecu and they should be able to see all of the problems..

check your plugs as well, you may have been running alittle rich or have an inconsistant fuel pressure causing detonation

check this first. if the motor doesn't have enough oil, the car will go into limp mode and not go into vtec.

if not, its probably bad tuning.
