I dunno Triz...the closest thing to a Mugen lip kit for our car I could find was for the type r, and that was the 2006/2007. Then again I went to the American distributors site, not the jp Mugen site.

basically they're saying that those are mugen style replica kits, and that you have to get into touch with some clifford paint and bodykits shop in the philippines to get that kit.
