timing question...
timing question...
so i did my h/g and now all i have left to do is the timing so i mark where tdc is on the crank pully and the cam gear is set at " up " and i use the tool to pull the crank off now in the process i think the crank may have turned maby half a turn. the i allaign the the line on the oil pump with the arrow but to do that i had to put the crank pully bolt in and spin it half a turn because i could not spin it any other way but it s ligned up so what should i do to make sure i did it all right because i still have to release the belt tensioner , put the belt on then the crank pully... thanks i just want to make sure i get this right the first time i can't afford for my car to be down any longer

Re: timing question...
i really dont know what your trying to ask. if this helps there is a 7th gen manual online that you can download. just follow it and you should be fine. i just did my head swap onto my new block and i think i will just take it to a shop to get timed.
