It will tell you how to change AC/Alternator belt & Powersteering belt. As far as changing the timing belt, you're better off leaving it to a professional if you've never done one before.

Definitely leave the timing belt to a professional. To much stuff could get damaged in the engine resulting in lots of pain down the road. Besides you either need air tools or some funky Honda wrench (that costs an arm and a leg) to replace the belt. Think about changing the water pump while you are down there.... A little preventative maintenance never hurt anything.
