Seat Belts

I was wondering if anyone knows how it disable the seat belt censors in the 2007 civic coupe. I looked in the manual but saw no instructions on how to do so. And how dark should I go with tints, 35%? My civic is black. What is the best size rims, 17" or 18"?

go 20% for black, 35 too light. get 17s. seatbelt sensor like the light? idk, its built into gauge cluster. if you dont wear sealbelt, get a buckle from junkyard and plug that in. but i recommend wearing it for safety.
