when swapping cylinder heads..
going to be swappin out the lx head for ex vtec with vafc2 etc etc. the question i have is do the sparkplugs and timing belt HAVE to be replaced or is it up to you/condition of them. btw searched and nothin

none have to be replaced. its highly recomended to get a new timing belt when you take the head off especially with a brand new head. spark plugs, you dont have to, but they are so cheap so why not.
