Sparking Problem on 95 del sol

Car:1995 Del sol d16Z6

So, the timing belt snapped the other day. grrrr

cutting to the chase now, replaced water pump and timing belt. Timed correctly, checked for bent valves, compression test ok.

Problem: turns over, everything seems to be working. NO SPARK at all

checked the voltages to the inigtion coil and im getting the proper voltages the service manual says its supposed to have. Getting the firing voltage from the ecu.

Ive pretty much checked everything electrically related, fuses relays wiring etc. Ive tracked proper voltage up to the distrubutor.

So im guessing ignition coil went?? Any input will be appreciated.

Is that something that would usually happen if the belt snapped while driving? (was going about 30mph and was ganny driving for a change)
