Rep Power: 399 it typically depends on what hardware you use, what the parts are, etc... Use whatever is recommended for the particular part, torque specs vary greatly depending on what the lube is. Example, ARP gives 3 specs on the box, dry, 30W oil and ARP moly.
So.... use what you got specs for. Chances are, you'll need more than one tube.
In a lot of cases, oil is what you need.
