04-05 ebay fog help!!...

i've searched and searched... no one seemed to have the same problem that i'm having with ebay fogs. on the directions, it says to connect 10 pin connectors to the vehicle's 10 pin connectors. some ebay fogs don't have 10 pin connectors, mine does NOT. all i have is a four pin connector. on my switch harness, i have the fuse, constant power, a ground, the relay, 4 pin connector, and the foglight switch. my question is.. what do i do with the 4 pin connector?

Yea bud, I had the exact same problem. I posted a forum on it and no one knew what to do. So I just said screw i and I used a switch I had laying around the house and connected them directly to the battery. As far as I know there is still no solution.

Look about half way down on that page and that's how mine looks.

that kinda sux...i was looking into getting some fogs too. so is the 4 wire connector spliced into the harness with the other wires or is it 4 completely separate wires...like maybe it should connect to a relay of some sort?

I used most of the harness they sent (laziness). So each foglight was already grounded, so I just took a switch I had laying around, run a wire off the battery to the switch and connected the switch the power wires of the fogligts. Extremely simple, and I can run my foglights with my high beams on....

Well, to tell ya the truth, it would be hard to tell. I would think that it would probably have everything you would need since it is from a credited website. Maybe see if anyone else on the forum has bought from them.

If I remember correctly, i believe the 4 pin is the main power supply, but you have to have the 10 pin to tell it when to turn on (ie. when low beams, but not when high beams, etc.). I could be wrong though.

so do you think it would work if i lengthened the wire on the 4 pin connector and connect it to the battery??
