Help with LED washers

I hooked up everything like the LED washer installation said, but when I push the on button nothing happens. Is there any checks that I can cycle through to find out where the problem is coming from.

if he did them like the DIY then they're hooked up to a switch. The first thing i would check is that you have them grounded properly. That was the problem i had when i installed mine.
