LX to EX swap o2 wiring

Here's how it's going...
My buddy and I are doing a full EX motor swap in to his 01 LX 5 speed. The LX has both o2 sensors on the front of the motor and so it has the sensor plugs on the engine harness. His EX engine harness only has one o2 sensor plug on it. It's the primary o2 sensor and goes in the header (before the cat of course). The secondary o2 sensor (after the Cat) on the EX is wired to the E plug on the ECU and so it's wired strait to the car and not on the engine harness.
I know that the secondary o2 sensor signal wire (white/red) is wired to the E plug pin #2 and the secondary o2 sensor heater control wire (Black/white) is connected to the E plug pin #6.

Now here's my question, what the other two wires on the secondary o2 sensor? I'm left with a green/yellow wire and a Black/yellow wire. I'm guessing that the green/yellow is power and the black/yellow is ground, but I"m not 100% sure. And if they are power and ground, where do they get wired to? Can I just ground it on the chassis? And the power is it just to any switched power source?

PLEASE we need to get this swap done! thanks.
Lates, Davey
