How much gas does CAI or SRI have saved you if any?

My brother's friend just got a SRI in his '92 Celica.
And his gas mileage was bumped up about 3MPG.
I'm wondering if better intakes for our 7th Gen Civic can do the same?

I have injen sri and greddy cat-back, I drive 47 miles to and from work in a heavy trafic, when I checked recently on a full tank of gas I did 433 miles, I was driving like a granny though, I tried not to go over 3K rpm, and I drove for day and a half with a reserve light on.

I didnt really gain any or lose any. I had AEM V2 which is a SRI. I averaged around 35-36 most of the time except for the winter months. My max was 43 MPG before intake. Most ppl do start mashing the throttle more when they have an intake install so I think most ppl will achieve lower MPG ratings.
