tell me if im getting ripped off

i took my car to an import shop today and told them i wanted keyless entry with trunk and an alarm installed the alarm has a bunch of cool features like rolls up my windows when i arm it it can also roll them down pretty much covers everything, i trust the guy who is doin it but 250-300 is what he quoted me sounds like a bit much but i really had no clue what this was gonna cost i have an appt for tuesday to get this all done i just wanted to ask if this is a reasonable price to pay?

Sounds pretty decent to me. I can't remember what I paid to install mine. It was roughly in that area.

thats a good deal, my buddy works for a stereo/alarm shop and they charge about that if not a little more... go for it...but make sure its a good brand of alarm...like CLIFFORD or VIPER(DEI).

That's very reasonable for all the options you mentioned. I don't think you would find it any cheaper.
