Find the wiring chart on the FAQ part of the site to see what colors are for what.
Take off your headunit and you'll see a bunch of colored wires.
Each speaker takes a + and - wire.
So 4 speakers x 2 = 8 wires for sound
You could pick any set (+ and - from the same speaker) but you need to think about balance and fade controls and decide which one you want to use.
For example, if this is for subs, you could wire it from one of the rear speakers and anytime you don't want bass just turn the fade towards the front. I'm assuming you are trying to do this on a budget since you wouldn't need RCA converters had yo uhad a aftermarket headunit.
