its sounds like minute rice!

your cat is right underneath the driver's side floorboards . the engine noice will surround your car's cabin and vibrate it real bad.

you'll look like a broke stroke

yea it does look weird, my friend did it to his neon and he says it adds hp. he is going to run a pipe right from his cat to his bumper and put a tip on it. I guess its cheaper than exhaust but im trying to picture how it adds hp, there is absoluly no backpressure so, like bobbyd said, there is probably hardly any low-end hp left, and the high-end probably didnt go up much.....but thats what i think, i dont know, thats why i was asking you guys...lol

take'em off. i've been driving my car without a muffler for a long time.the sound isn't that loud. my purpose was to reduce backpressure so i can run my nitrous.
i had an exhaust to put on but it would be 2 inches away from scrapping pavement.

i was going to go with no muffler till i could get the money for one. so i went to the midas and put on 2.5 inch from the cat back. it is very quiet actually. and it looks pretty stock. no one even notices my car. but that is good for me.
i have a turbo and that is one reason why my exhaust is quiet
