has anyone made up a list of what is needed?

I plan to do this with a loan when my car is paid off. like the week of last payment haha.. but i want to start buying all the other parts now and im not sure as to which engine/tranny best fits are car

I know I want to get something with 6spd. LSD would be nice but not sure who has that?

what is the best swap out for my 2004 coupe? I.E. engine wise. best value, easiest to install.

I also know i need a vafc2 and i need the engines wire harness. but i am unsure what motor mounts are needed.

has anyone done a fairly detaield guide or knwo of where i can find specifics? Of course iw ont do the work myself but I would like to start buying parts now so I have everything i need when i can get the engine.

any help would be great and of course. no hurry

no i never saw adiy and my searches brough up plenty of people asking quick questions but i dont see why there cant be a central thread with everything in it. I was unable to find a diy or guide but guess iw ill look again
