header bolt/nut
I just bought a HP header and I am about to install it. I just have one problem. I don't have any bolts that connect the header to the downpipe. I was wondering what size bolt I should use and how long. I was also thinking of using crush washers. It shouldn't make a difference if i use regular bolts and nuts and not the OEM spring.
Thanks

its a set of spring bolts, and you should use the spring bolts, because they center the donut and hold even pressure on it, it also allows the connection to flex a little bit, which it needs to do when the motor rocks.

I was thinking about the flexing of the connection but didn't think it was that big of a deal. If I use the spring bolt I am going to need new nuts since the nuts are welded to the stock header. Do you know what size nut I am going to need. Also do I need a bolt too of does the bolt come off or just the spring.
Anybody know what excally I can reuse adn what new parts I have to buy for the header to downpipe?

The nuts u need are M8 x 1.25 thread pitch. I couldn't find any local stores that sold metric hardware so I ordered from http://www.boltdepot.com/.
