Front Bumper and VTEC

Ok this is two questions in one, first is there any special tricks to removing the front bumper off an 04 ex?? Second, where is the vtec selonoid in the engine compartment??? thanks for the help.

bumper is super easy to remove, just take the screws out of the fender well, and remove the clips under the hood. As for the syliniod it is on the left side of the head.

special tricks? Take the bolts out....remove bumper lol. Its easy once you do it, you will see.
