I took the center peice out that contains the radio and all that.....well upon removing that, I had to disconnect the "Hazard Light" button
too......anyways, so I had not finished working on it, and I had to go pick my GF up and go get my new stereo when I noticed that my damn blinkers
weren't even coming on...So needless to say it freaked me out, because when you take all that apart (as some of you know) there are wires everywhere...
so I thought I had fucked something up....but this morning when I went to put it all back together..I connected the hazard light switch and the blinkers
work fine, so they are on the same circuit.......

Just a heads up for anyone taking this center peice out.....when your blinkers don't work, it is because you have disconnected the hazards.....

I usually don't either....but the GF was screaming about getting something to eat, so I left

up...none of the fuses were blown or anything......

I feel ya Antidote... when the girl starts bitchin for food or something threre's really nothing you can do but drop everything and go get some food. I've tried ignoring her and I've tried saying "in jsut a little bit my car is in pieces" but none of that works... they jsut don't seem to understand. It's a lot easier to satisfy them then to hear 'em nag.

I know I don't ask her to go get me a beer while she's mid-toenail painting or something like that, but when the rolls are reversed, any time is a good time for her to get what she wants...

I experienced the same thing while working on painting the center console. I had to run out and get more pain, and come to find out I didn't have any signals. I thought that I might have grounded out a plug and fried the fuse, but thankfully, what you said was the case. Whew!! [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

hey man the same thing happened to me. gf called and wanted to go out and eat. tried my turn signal and it didnt work so when i got to her house i took off the center panel and saw that it wasnt in so i jsut put it back. i was scared too.

and if you disconnect power windows, you need to wind the window all the way up and hold for 3 secs to reset the auto up and down... wow... thought i busted it the first time i did it.
