D16V ECU Scheme Badly Needed!
D16V ECU Scheme Badly Needed!
Hi. I need to find the ECU scheme of the D16V coded Civic engine (Europe). I've got a V-AFCII but can't install unless I have that scheme. Where can I find it? Thanks!
I needed the same schematics for my ep2 for an O2 fooler, but all they gave me was the scheme of what I think was that of a d16y8 if i recall correctly...
And for as far as i know you cant install a vafc-II on our cars without a full ecu replacement.... Don't shoot me if I'm wrong

D16V1 is the engine code for the European Civics and I use one. Yesterday V-AFCII was installed to my car by using D17's scheme and it works properly. The car reacts very fast to the fuel ratio changes I give in the V-AFCII. Also I can change the vtec engage rpm. Normally in our cars vtec engages at around 3500 rpm. I took it to 4500 rpm just to try and at that rpm's, you can clearly feel the high profile difference.
Use the same wiring as for the EX it is on here

The EP2 is set up the same as the EX same VTEC etc.
This is a big help as well

Both of those and the E-Manage faq was all I needed fitting E-Manage to my EP2
