it's not hard........ take sumthin to heat up the rubber glue that's holding
the stock H emblem on ur car..... than just stick ur nail in there and rip it off.

Just use a little force....... dun use anything metal or whatever to pry the emblem off....
you might accidently scracth ur paint not good...... and i recommend using adhesive aftermarket
EMBLEMS....... they work great. But be careful they are hard to steal off the car. And if sumone want to
steal ur emblem they will end up rippin up ur trunk. That's what happen to me, cost me 300 in damage for
a stupid 20 dollar emblem. That's why i say fluck the emblem and just shave ur trunk and have no emblem.

My car has an adhesive aftermarket "H" and it got ripped off twice. The first time it didn't damage the paint but the second time they took off some. I sill keep putting the new "H" on anyway.

I've got a question. How do you take the front one off? Is it the same as the back?

i think the front is harder because there is no way to get under the H without scraping.

Sorry to hear about the 2 stolen H's..........
Sum people just are dumb with that shizt......

And to the guy who scrap the gluw off with a flathead,
you got sum good skills, because i would of scratched my paint in like ten seconds

I was looking for gold emblems and stumbled across these links:
http://www.handa-accessories.com/civ...GLDEMBLEMS.pdf
http://www.handa-accessories.com/civ...IC01GLDLVL.pdf

They're the instructions for putting on the emblems (with instructions on taking the old ones off).
But it's been summed up here already. The sites above just get into more detail.

You can just use some needlenose pliers and squeeze the plastic 'screws' and pull..assuming you've already seperated the adhesive. (use a hairdryer and some floss)

If you want the quick and 'easy' way to fill up the holes, you can use bondo and sand and paint and such. There's been some threads that cover it thoroughly. I dont have time to search now cause I'm leaving work though. Or you can do what I did.
