aem alt/ps pulleys with unorthodox crank pulley

does anyone run the aem ac and power steering pulleys with the undorthodox crankshaft pulley and if so can you tell me the belt sizes? I have already installed the aem pulleys and will be doing the crank pulley tomorrow, unorthodox said they don't test other manufacturers products so they can't help. I know how to measure after the fact but I was hoping to get the belts before hand.

that crank pulley will cause a small disaster with your engine. i would read up before installing that.

thanks for the input, but I am not really building a daily driver, I plan on turning this into a track car in the next year or so and putting some money into the engine. I still need someone to help me out with the belt sizes if possible.

oh nevermind then. btw you can measure the belt size using a piece of string. it will have to be custom unless the new crank pulley is the same size as stock. if it is, you can use the new belts that come with the aem pulleys. since you already have the aem installed, it should just be the same belt if the crank pulley is same size as stock.

OK 1. SOHC DO NOT HAVE HARMONIC BALANCERS so crank shaft pulley is ok to run. 2. I just recently bought an Unorthodox set they recomend 39.75" belt for the crank/PS belt * I believe, I'll clear this up tomorrow morning if I'm wrong* They recommend a certain manufacturer belt, but I had a hard time finding one of the belts, and I'm 98% sure it's the crank/ps belt. I plan on trying this tomorrow since I got an air compressor (22 gallon 1.5 running HP) hoping it loosens the crank bolt. I'll update tomorrow (if I don't get to it then I'll update ASAP.) I'm also planning a Y8 intake manifold and return fuel conversion so I'll do soemthing more detailed on that as well (don't expect that till March though).

1. sohc DO have harmonic balancer. i opened up the stock crank pulley myself and saw the rubber damper inside. your aftermarket doesn't have this. but thats not the point because you're building a track car. like i said put it side by side with the stock pulley and if they're the same size then the belts you have on now will work.

ya oem change it every time you do the timing belt because it maybe lasts 60k miles before the damper tears up.
