02 sensor question?
hondaautomotiveparts.com lists a Different part number for a 2002 Civic EX coupe MTrans & 2004 Civic EX coupe MTrans. the 2005 has an different one from 2004 also, so probably not (?). only the 2001-2003 models share the same sensor according to them.
2002 model here (Illus. No. 19) $50
2005 model here (Illus. No. 20) $210
must be some new features

what's an 02 sensor?
i was searching for tilt sensor and then all the results were 02 sensor so i'm guessing
02 sensor = tilt sensor???
oh, sorry but i don't know what's a tilt sensor also (that's why i was searching for it) but i heard about it in that one thread where someone talked about having their rims jacked so they said investing in a tilt sensor would be a good idea
thanks

oxygen sensor. it tells the ecu how to adjust the fuel mixture that burns in the engine. its located in the downpipe right after the header/exhaust manifold. a tilt sensor is usually something on an alarm system like when the car moves it will set off the alarm siren.
gearbox, i saw on one of the other threads that your car got all F'd up, sorry to hear... Hows all that panning out for you? i have a question about the o2 sensor... I bought an airfuel ratio gauge and i cannot get it to read. I have a 2005 civic ex special edition. If anyone has wired one or knows what color the signal wires are and could tell me how theirs is hooked up i'd really appreciate it.

sell it. the gauge will draw some voltage from the sensor and cause an incorrect value to be reported to the ecu. it will affect how the car drives and eventually ruin the sensor. and even if you do hook it up it won't give a correct reading because our cars use a narrowband sensor. useless. you need to buy a wideband for $200+ if you're interested in a/f ratio (which you really shouldn't be unless you have turbo or nitrous).
my car is doing fine so far thanks for asking. its been through alot

well the other gauges are a bit hard to install. you could put a vacuum gauge or oil temp maybe. i think they make drain plugs that replace stock and have a sensor that can be connected to the gauge.
