I dont know how to describe this problem....
so I just got my car back and I have a problem and I dont know what to do or what it is please help.... when I accelerate in first... in the middle of acceleration it just kinda stops... it jerks like a car does when you are in low rpms and arent giving it much gas, but it only does it when I am at like 4000 rpms and it works like right after whe I release and then give it gas again... does anyone have any clue what it could be??

Just because you were hit from behind doesn't mean it didn't screw anything up in the front. Wiring runs from all over the car. They could have been sliced and causing a problem with the ECU. Your igniter could be bad as well. On my 89' Integra, it had a similar problem. Igniter went bad causing my car to spit and sputter at certain rpm's.
