adapter for water temp gauge?
which of these would fit the upper radiator hose?

IIRC its a 30mm ID which is something on the order of 1 3/16. You could force the 1 1/4 in, but greddy sells 30 mm housings, they have metric threads though. If you got an autometer gauge, you're SOL.

most of the US ones are 1/8 NPT
most of the Japanese ones (blitz, greddy, defi, apexi, etc....) are 1/8 BSPT. You can get a BSPT sensor into an NPT fitting with a lot of thread sealer, but you can't put an NPT sensor into a BSPT port.

dude, if I still had a machine shop to go to,I'd go knock one out for you in a few hours. Unfortunately, since I graduated, I don't have that luxury anymore. I can give you the plans for mine if someone else has a shop to go to.

can i use the stock hole? i don't think the ecu uses that to determine anything but i'm not sure. but then the dummy sensor wont work. hmm. i found one that is 1 inch adapter is that too small for the hose?

okay thanks. i might just get oil temp and tranny temp instead cause they are easier. i found a drain bolt oil temp plug on ebay and says for all hondas so I'll try that.
