Bored throttle body?
I was just wondering about the bored throttle body and if anyone who has it, had problems with fluctuating idle or any problems at all. I was plannin to do this mod for some time now but i wana hear reviews from people who have done this. Oh and any ideas on how much hp gains?

www.maxbore.com and the difference is there especially in cold weather. I have stock intake and trimmed the rubber connector so it fits. Also the intake mani is already larger so after the port they will match perfectly. Idle is great, throttle response is pretty much instant cause there's no play between levers. Just leave .25inch slack in the throttle cable so it doesn't stick open. Oh and after the install (use new gasket), make sure you disconnect the ecu and do the idle relearn or the idle will be way off. Overall excellent mod for na or turbo. VERY IMPORTANT: if you decide to buy a spare tb, make sure it is for the car you have. ie, manual trans has a different tb than auto trans. Or just send your original if you don't mind waiting.
