Instrument pnl rmvl for LED

ok so i did a search..kinda and no luck..
im sure its out there but right now im kinda tipsy so help me out peoples...
i am getting some led's to make my dash lights all blue but i need to know the proper way to remove my instrument cover, not the gauge panel the instrument cover for like the ac and heat and all that stuff..
do i just pop it off with a flathead?
ive put in indiglos and done an engine swap so im good at this stuff i just dont wantt o f*ck my car up by not knowing whatim doing...

ok what u do is remove the cover for the shift assembly, then undo 2 screws infront of the cupholder insert, u then remove the side section and power outlet section. look up into that hole and see 2 screws remove them then pop out with a flat head.

only difference is between 2 seats the parts are seperate
