Unhappy Vtec controller problem!

i have a 98 civic EX..just installed VAFC ....haven't messed with any settings....now my redline is 5500rpm....i don't even get to hit VTEC


HELP ME! PLEASE

check your wireing and make sure you didn't splice into any of the wrong wires.

your vfac doesnt even control RPM it just monitors them I think u wired it wrong. check and get back.

looks like ecu is in limp mode causing it not to drop into vtec.

i think i fixed it...cause now i redline @ 7800 again...but what i did was the blue wire from the vafc....i was supposed to cut it and connect it to the ecu...i connected it to the wrong side of the ecu ...

everythings good.....
