Need 4 Speed!

I've got an 04 DX 1.7L SOHC - I've done the intake and the exhaust. Haven't done the header yet, but, what else (that doesn't cost an arm and a leg!) can be done to get more snap out the motor? I'm tired of older Vics with stock componentry pulling away.gjones@ista-na.com

lol, older stock civics pull on you?! Damn... either you need to learn how to drive.. or you drive an auto. I beat my friends 6th gen with many mods no problem a few times. But I have no car now..

also, 4th and 5th gen civics will pull on you... atleast ex's will... cause they have a better power to weight ratio then you.

realy can't do to much that is cheap. you could always remove your AC a smaller belt is only like $10 from autozone. power=$$$$, best bang for the buck is nitrious.

Strap 30 picilo petes to the bumper........jk. Really just swap a k20 and get it over with...then you can smoke em all.

I c ur new to the site... if u look aroud and search alittle u will notice that our engines make little power on any mods. I think the Crower Stage 2 cam makes the most power on our cars (besides turbo) I might have seen gains from 7-15 hp or something in that range but our engines seriously suck
