Door Lock Help

To start off, I know there is a DIY and I search and found many threads but none answered my questions.

Both of my power door locks don't work anymore and haven't for awhile. When I press the lock/unlock button I can hear a click and i can feel them trying to move. I want to try to rule out the actuator bc that will just be a pain to replace. I watched my passenger lock jerk the slightest bit one day when i turned on the car. I ripped (not literally) the driver door panel off and investigated and still felt vibration on the actuator and heard the clicking. Any ideas anyone? All the rods seem as if they are connected but I am no expert. Thanks for the help!

your actuators are definately shot. if the door lock relay still clicks, that means it's getting power, and the fact that you can feel them vibrate means they are attempting to work.
