Disabling Automatic Car Moving Forward

hey i have a auto, and u know when u let go of ur brake, the car creeps like at 2km/h, how do i disable that, so when im not pressing anything the car stays still, like a stick

put it in neutral. when its in drive, the tranny is working.

Observation: a manual WILL move forward OR backwards, depending on the slope of the ground you are on. :P

Correction: a manual WILL move forward OR backwards... if the clutch isn't engaged.
If it is, the engine is sending power to the tansmission and it moves just like automatics do...

thats rediculous, i gaurantee you only want this so that you can sit there at a light and try to look like those cool kids who roll back 10 feet and pull forward 8 then roll back another 10 feet and pull forward another 8 until the light turns green............

hahaha that can be done putting it in neutral. i do it all the time but its for a purpose-so my tranny doesn't overheat in the summer.

hahahahaha i put mines in neutral when i am sitting at a red light cuz the damn lights are so long and i usally put the e-brake if it rolls either way.

Yah I am not trying to fake it cuz anyone you cant fake the shifting, well I guess you could gas it and then let off like you are shifting but then you burn more gas and that would be stupid hahaha

You'd probably save a bit of gas, automatic creeping (slow movement forward if foot not on brake) is kind of irritating sometimes. If you look at diesel Mercedes (the old 240D I think was it?) with the automatic tranny feature, it'll actually start you off in 2nd gear if you're accelerating slowly just to save a bit of fuel.
