VTEC light, having some problems
i just recently installed the vtec LED light and the directions that are already on this site arent that clear and i was wondering if anyone knows what exactly to do or knows another site where i can get the info

Whats so hard to understand? You tap a wire and hook an LED to it. The directions look pretty darn clear to me.

yea but the problem i cant figure out is the resistor part

just solder in a resistor to basically "absorb" the amperage that is sent through it so it wont blow the LED

when I did it I bought an led @ radio shack that was made for a 12v source. its pretty much a worthless mod. I have it sitting in the coin tray now..

you dont have to do any soldering. The DIY is pretty easy, just splice into the vtec and follow the rest of the DIY.

why a VTEC light dont understand what u need it for? Are u trying to engage it earlier?

It's just one of those extra things to have. There is no *true* reason to engage our VTEC sooner. It already engages pretty early.
