Shift light connection???
Shift light connection???
I have a brand new shift light from proform, is adjustable and they sayd that work whitout a tach.
Las night i try to connect in my ride (civic ex 2003, sedan) but don't work.
3 wires, black= ground neer to the chasis
Red= in a line from the switch
Green= in the front of the car, neer to the batery, in the line for test tach
When I put the key in star position the shift light blink one time but then dose't work.
Help me

Come on guys !!!!! you can help me.
Maybe exist another pointo or wire to connect the green wire(Ithink that it is the problem)
Where is the ignition control module???
Or how I can test the wire(test tach) to know if they work???

well first you gotta make sur you have a pill in the shift light thats low for the rpms to reach like around 6500.. second of all you have to make sure your light is made for 4 cylinder cars... some lights have a switch in the back to go from 4 or 6 or 8 cyinder cars.. check that
